		Freddy met Edgar Reade when they went to Mulmur Hills Football Camp as kids. Freddy's name was listed as one of Jones's child abuse victims. Reade offered him to testify as witness but the D.A. dropped his case due to Freddy's unestable lifestyle. He mentioned that Reade was also one of Jones's victims. Freddy murdered Jones by stabbing him on the chest with his knife and left his house before Reade went up the stairs from the basement. See more: Freddy

		Edgar Reade presented the Mike Jones child abuse case to the DA but Gail dismissed it due to lack of stronger evidence that could grant them a win in court with the testimony of a school shooter and Freddy -to whom she referred to as a junkie drunk-. When Jones was found murdered in his own house, Gail apologized to Reade.

		He faked Valentine Barker's signature and authorized the illegal sale of weapons through the gun-waltzing program to the Juarez Cartel. He shot Valentine, leaving her confined to a wheelchair.

		Jeffrey was recruited into Sandstorm by Remi due to his work at Bradley Dynamics where he had access to a microchip that was essential to Phase Two. He agreed to clone the chip and give it to Sandstorm due to his feelings towards Remi, however when she left the organization to begin Phase 1, Jeffrey missed his drop, afraid of other Sandstorm's members. He was shot to death by Roman after Jane couldn't bring herself to kill him.

		Bo Karier known as Shadowcat was an online handle for a hacker on the Dark Web. He modified commercial video games to simulate some of the most secure buildings in the country in order to heist something from the place using the mod he designed. The team raided his home from where Jane and Zapata managed to retrieve some of his hard drives; Patterson recovered the last plan he sold, which was a heist plan for the Aebly Museum of Art in New York. Reade broke Bo's orbital bone and was sent to the hospital where Zapata asked him to look at the black hole picture Mayfair left in the USB before she died. He suggested to use laminar flow to decode the picture.

		Elizabeth is a former CIA agent who bought one of Shadowcat's mods to get into the fund raising gala hosted at the Aebly Museum in order to kill the people responsible for her daughter's death.

		Oliver Kind is a former accountant who later became a Water Conservation Activist after he realized his father conned several people. He met Jane in a fundraising gala at the Aebly Museum of Art from where they started to see each other. See more: Oliver Kind

		He was framed by members of his family of an attempt of murder on Senator Quinn Donahue who was the leader of the Irish mob. Donahue wanted Patrick in jail to keep the video tapes that linked Donahue to the mob away from the public before he became Governor. Patrick managed to retrieve the tapes before they were taken by members of the mob and handed them to Jane and Allison before sacrifying his life. He was shot to death.

		He was accused of being the responsible of one of the biggest intel leak in the U.S. history by hacking the NSA and releasing hundreds of classified documents. In 2013 all the documents were transferred to his laptop by Shepherd and Roman who sent an email to the New York Times from Winter's account. See more: Douglas Winter

		After he escaped from prison, Rich managed to hack the FBI from Weller's apartment to ask the team for help to defeat the Akkadian. He tried to escape but Patterson discovered his plan and was sent back to jail. Rich assisted the team when his name was found in an alumni list from Jefferson College where he was also member of a secret society called Daedalus. See more: Rich Dotcom

		Lynn worked alongside Nico Marconi to kidnap an earthquake scientist from the Evergreen Environmental Summit in order to sell her into a dark web auction. She was taken under arrest and brought to the FBI.

		Nico Marconi, alias Emile, is a former weapons dealer and number eight on the FBI's most wanted list. He kidnapped Dr. Mingxia Chen after she finished a kind of bomb that could be detonated on the ocean floor to mimic a tsunami in order to sell her in a dark web auction and obtain millions in the exchange. 		She invented a method of converting tectonic shifts into green energy, which basically was a bomb that could be detonated on the ocean to mimic tsunamis. She was kidnapped by Nico Marconi to be sold in a black market auction.

		Chris was a Doctor at Doctors Without Borders and Nigel Thornton's wife. They lived in Afghanistan where she found a dying female Navy SEAL in the middle of the woods after her platoon was killed in a drone attack. Chris took care of Remi in her home and helped her with her rehabilitation. Chris died in 2013 when american drones bombed the hospital she worked in. See more: Chris

		Conor is Allison Knight's current boyfriend. He met Allison in high school and started a relationship. He moved to Colorado and he's currently raising Allison's and Weller's daughter. See more: Conor

		Erin Keaton is Jake Keaton's daughter and she was taken hostage by Anton's people after his son passed away during his heart surgery.

		Kat had a relationship with Roman after they met when she and the Viper Kings provided Sandstorm with HMX explosives. She wanted a future with Roman but he left without previous notice the day they were supposed to leave New York to start a life together. They met again when Jane and Roman visit The Nest in order to get to Shepherd through a fake HMX sales meeting. She was shot to death by Weller when the FBI raided her bar. 		Briana is an FBI Agent who urged Weller to sign some papework he had been ignoring for a while. One of the documents was about some security credentials for the Deputies Committee, which later came out to be his access pass to the COGS. When Shepherd got inside of the FBI, Briana provided her Weller's code to override Patterson's lockdown in order to save Pellington's life.

		Nikki is Freddy's ex-girlfriend. She showed at Reade's apartment looking for Freddy and left when she couldn't get an answer from Reade about Freddy's whereabouts. She came back to his place and offered Reade some cocaine. She ended their relationship due to Reade's coke's addition. See more: Nikki

		Colonel Nix is the current Director of Liberty Military Academy where Kurt Weller was a student. Nix was against Weller's troublemaking behavior and in several ocasions threatened him to expell Weller from the academy, however, Ellen Briggs paid for his tuition alluding that she saw potential in the teenager.
2.13		Sean Clark Deceased	Officer	First and last seen Named Not One Man		1
		Sean was a training officer at Fort Meade by the time Ellen Briggs was stationed there, they met and worked together for years, overtime he became Ellen's mentor. In 2015 Sean retired and suffered a stroke, since then he lived at an assisted living center which was paid by Shepherd. Due to his stroke, Sean couldn't speak clearly but managed to tell Weller that he should've been a National, to which he meant that Mayfair's desired to transfer Weller to DC but Sean, probably under Ellen's influence, suggested to keep him in NY instead. Sean was the first person to mention The Truman Protocol to Weller, alluding that it was everything.

		Emma was seen only through one of Roman's memories when he remembered the night he killed her in a car crash. Prior to her death, Emma joined Kurt Weller at a restaurant and was suffocated to death by Roman after he purposefully crashed his van against Emma's volvo. See more: Emma Shaw.

		Lawrence was working for Sandstorm at the Continuity of Government Subcommittee spokesman where greeted and briefed all members of the COGS about their current situation. He attacked Keaton and Weller while they were trying to escape the bunker, getting shot at by Weller.

		From the Goddard Institute NASA satellite office in New York, Eileen was brought to the FBI by Director Eleanor Hirst to assist Patterson.

		From the Goddard Institute NASA satellite office in New York, Gary was brought to the FBI by Director Eleanor Hirst to assist Patterson. He managed to communicate with Huston to launch a satellite in an attempt to delay Shepherd's attack.
