6. In accordance with Article II of the U.S. Constitution and the Presidential Succession Act of 1947, in the events all members in Subcommittee, or C.O.G.S., shall assume power. 7. In order to prevent an unseen hand from undo influencing the deputies on the Continuity of Government Subcommittee, extraordinary efforts must be made to insure the secrecy and true purposes of the C.O.G.S. These protocols shall be granted into classified law immediately upon signature of the President of the United States, and to be reviewed and renewed with each new President who assumes office.
